Asia Privacy Forum Offers Opportunities for Data Privacy Professionals to Share, Learn and Connect 

IAPP’s conference educates on local and global privacy challenges

Singapore – 17 April 2015 – Today, the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the largest organization of privacy professionals in the world announced that it will hold an educational conference for data protection and security professionals in observance of Privacy Awareness week.

The second annual IAPP Asia Privacy Forum will take place 5-6 May at the Singapore Marriott Hotel. The two-day event features expert speakers from Google, JP Morgan Chase, MasterCard, Merck, the PDPC and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Programming includes local and global content with practical learning and peer sharing on topics ranging from managing cyber risk to privacy as a competitive differentiator. All registrants also receive free online training for the IAPP’s globally recognised Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) credential.
