A recent poll surveying New Zealanders indicates that while positive opinions of Google and Facebook are high--94 and 73 percent respectively--more than half of the respondents still think each service should be regulated to protect personal privacy, reports. Conducted by UMR Research, the poll surveyed 1,000 adult New Zealanders in April, one month after surveying Australians. The results "also showed New Zealanders were more trusting of the Internet heavyweight(s) than Australians."
