SociallyActive has announced the release of its hosted Social-Privacy Monitoring Service with end-to-end customer privacy and relationship management.
SociallyActive provides social-privacy monitoring solutions for parents and individuals, allowing parents to take a proactive approach to protecting children’s privacy online. Adults use the service to monitor their own online privacy and social media reputation.
“For the first time ever, companies can offer social-privacy and reputation monitoring as a stand-alone product or as an embedded component in their existing product suites,” said Chris Crosby, co-founder of SociallyActive.
SociallyActive connects directly to a user’s social networks and uses both content and behavioral analysis to identify profanity, cyber bullying, sexual predation, identity leakage and reputation concerns.
