Facebook has attacked a report that said its privacy policy may violate EU laws, BBC News reports. The report was produced last month at the request of the Belgian Data Protection Authority and concluded that the site tracks people without their consent. An annex to that report came out last week adding details about Facebook’s tracking. Facebook said, however, the report is “inaccurate” and complained that it was not contacted prior to its publication so it could clarify assumptions or comment.
