A Penn State fraternity has been suspended after police said it created a secret Facebook page to post offensive pictures of unsuspecting women, WJAC reports. State College police said a tip informed them of Kappa Delta Rho’s Facebook page and were able to gather 20 photos for evidence before the site and computers were “wiped clean.” Meanwhile, actor Ashley Judd has said she will inform police about Twitter users who sexually harass her as well as press charges against them.
