The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is requiring the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to answer questions on a massive data breach that compromised the personal information of 800,000 USPS employees, The Washington Post reports. In a filed complaint, the NLRB said the USPS “has been failing and refusing to bargain collectively and in good faith” with labor organizations on how best to respond to the breach. USPS VP for Secure Digital Solutions Randy Miskanic testified last November that the two-month delay in notifying employees was necessary to keep the integrity of the investigation. Months later, the culprits in the breach have still not been identified. “It remains under investigation,” a USPS spokesperson said. (Registration may be required to access this story.)
