Tech Crunch reports on Gyroscope, a new web app that will let you “track everything about yourself so you can share it with the world.” Anand Sharma developed the app to let users combine their data “to tell a story about yourself on any given day,” the report states. Gyroscope “creates a personal profile for you based on various smartphone apps that track data such as weight, health, steps you’ve taken and locations you’ve been to,” and despite privacy concerns, “hundreds of people had been asking” for such a tracking site, according to the report. Sharma said to alleviate privacy concerns, users will be able to set their profiles to either public or private.
