Meanwhile, the Labour Party is urging ACC claimants affected by a recent breach to not accept the organisation’s compensatory offer of $250. An ACC representative said the compensation is based on a perceived level of harm sustained by claimants. According to the report, claimants who do receive compensation agree to “maintain the strictest confidentiality about the terms of the agreement and settlement of all aspects of it.”
