Thank you for contributing to the IAPP Asia Privacy Forum 2024. To help ensure the success of your session, please see the important information below:
Conference venue: Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, 10 Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018956 Tel: +65 6688 3000.
Speaker registration: You will automatically be awarded a complimentary pass to the event and registered as a speaker by IAPP staff. Your conference pass is eligible for all programming and events happening Wednesday and Thursday, 17-18 July.
Dietary accommodations: Should you require a special diet, please contact speaker coordinator Nils Fussen at nfussen@iapp.org to indicate your needs before Monday, 17 June. Choices are: dairy-free, gluten-free, kosher, vegan or vegetarian.
Speaker presentation template: All speakers using a presentation must download and use the IAPP Asia Privacy Forum 2024 presentation PowerPoint template.

Starting 1 May: Watch the recorded Speaker Orientation web conference to support your planning process. This resource will be emailed to you by Nils Fussen.
15 May: Deadline for initial planning call with co-panelists.
7 June: Send draft presentations to your speaker coordinator.
5 July: Send final presentations to your speaker coordinator.

Need to make a change to speakers or presentation content? It is important to run it by us. Changes must be approved by the IAPP to uphold the quality of our speaker sessions and keep our publications current. Please contact Nils immediately if you need to make adjustments.
